FAQ
How do I order?
Add items to your cart and pay at checkout with card, bank transfer or USSD through Paystack. You can also send your cart to us on WhatsApp and pay there. We confirm every order on WhatsApp.
Do you deliver, or can I pick up?
Both. Pickup is free at our Abuja and Lagos locations. We also deliver anywhere in Nigeria. The rider's fee depends on your location. We confirm it on WhatsApp before dispatch and you pay it when your order arrives.
Some items say "Ask for price". Why?
Gift card and some accessory prices move with the exchange rate. Tap the WhatsApp button on the product and we'll send today's price.
How do gift cards work?
Tell us the card and value you want. Once you've paid, we send the code to you directly so you can redeem it on your account.
How do GTA 6 pre-orders work?
GTA 6 pre-orders are digital only. Buy a PSN card from us, add it to your PlayStation wallet, then pre-order on the PlayStation Store. Expected price is $80 for Standard and $100 for Deluxe.
How do I check on my order?
Message us on WhatsApp with your order reference (it starts with GW-). It's on your confirmation page and in your Paystack receipt email.
Can I return something?
See our returns and refunds policy.
